I took last week off from posting The Weight Is Over because I couldn’t bring myself to notify everyone that I was up three pounds from the week before due to the massive amounts of barbecued meats and cold delicious beers I drank over Labor Day weekend.

Yes, it was definitely a setback but it didn’t bring me down. I was confident that I’d be able to drop the weight by this week by going back to my regular eating habits and starting my exercise.

Well, I”m here to report that I’ve made it back onto the treadmill and that I’m back down to 252.6.

I hope all of you checked out my last The Weight Is Over post regarding The Fresh 20. If you haven’t, go check it out and then go check out The Fresh 20. I can’t recommend this product enough. It’s such an easy concept and I think they did it really well.
